Parisienne Diary | 10 Best Parisian Coffee Cafés
The Parisienne Diary is a fictional person. You can read here more information about the Parisienne Diary stories.
How are you? Here in Paris everything ok, but it was a very busy Paris Fashion Week which started ten days ago. I have seen so much high quality and creativity of the designers. I love to photograph and analyse all the details of the items. It is busy schedule, the days are very long so I drink a lot of coffee. This week was the inspiration to share 10 Parisian Coffee Addresses with you which you can write down in your own little black book.
10 Coffee Cafes in Paris
Café Kitsune – nearby the Palais Royal (51 Galerie de Montpensier) delicious coffee or during the summer an ice -cream. Don’t need any drinks? You can also shop a new outfit here!
Café Carette – nearby Places des Vosges (25 Place des Vosges) or nearby Place du Tetre (7 Place du Tetre). A café with art deco interior. They serve delicious macarons, pastries and teas.
Café Telescope – also nearby the Palais Royal (5 rue Villedo) The focus is the high quality of the coffee they serve at a stylish and cozy place.
Peonies- Café et fleurs – (81 Rue du Faubourg Saint-Denis) It is a colorful place but the menu is not extensive.
La Cafeotheque – nearby the Hotel de Ville (52 rue de l’Hotel de ville) One of my favourite in this list! You can buy the coffee bones here as well the confitures. It is also possible to enjoy a “petit” lunch and the cheesecake is “to die for” 🙂
Ten Belles – nearby the Canal Saint Martin (10 Rue de la Grange aux Belles) Very nice staff, good coffee, maybe one of the best in Paris. This coffee café is one of the premium providers of specialty coffee in Paris. You can also order soup, sausage rolls, pastries…..
Café Craft – also nearby the Canal Saint Martin (24 Rue des Vinaigriers) Here is the coffee prepared of beans of the famous Café Lomi. Minimalistic design, a lot of creative people are around.
Merci Used Book Café – just a perfect place to escape the craziness of the city (or Paris Fashion Week :)) and read while enjoying a café au lait for example. You can choose from 10,000 books :)) (111 Rue Beaumarchais) I love to go to this café on a (rainy) Saturday afternoon. To escape the city for a while. I choose a book, order a coffee or wine and read…I can really enjoy these little moments in my hectic life!
