Paris Bucket List 2017

Paris Bucket List 2017

This morning I was walking to the office and I was strucked by a homesick feeling. Homesick for Paris. This feeling gave me the inspiration to share my Paris Bucket List 2017.
I will visit Paris this year. It is something I have to do, to change this feeling. I am looking for new Parisian inspiration, to feed this blog with new Parisian ideas to share with my readers.

What I would like to do in Paris..

Exploring Montmartre. The last time I was in Paris, I only spend one hour in Montmartre and I promised myself to explore this quartier the next time. Vintage shops, Place Dalida (a beautiful square dedicated to the French singer and diva Dalida), Rue Lepic (an ancient road in Montmartre, now a lively shopping street), shooting beautiful photos of the Sacre Coeur seen from rue Briquet.

Place Dauphine on the Ile Saint Louis. Enjoying coffee at St. Regis and explore these islands in the Seine.

Visit Palais Galliera (10 avenue Pierre 1er de Serbie), the fashion museum of Paris.

After all the walking, enjoying the green chairs in the Jardin du Luxembourg and rest for a while.

Strolling in the Marais on Sunday. The Marais is a paradise for me as a fashion lover. Looking for  (vintage) boutiques to find a unique item. Take a break at café’s, especially Café Carette (25 Place des Vosges) for delicious macarons!

Exploring the Rue des Martyrs area with its passages, boulevards, architecture, authentic cafe’s and boutiques.

Doing my first purchase at the Isabel Marant Boutique in Saint-Germain des Pres and celebrate it at Cafe Bonaparte with a bottle of rose.

Enjoying lunch at Cafe du Marche (38 Rue Cler) or Cafe de Flore (172 Boulevard Saint-Germain). My favorite addresses in Paris!

Paris Bucket List 2017

Visit the Merci department store and after that, the Merci Used Book Cafe for coffee and a good book!

Buying Lupicia tea in 40 Rue Bonaparte. I discovered this shop in August 2015 and when I am in Paris I want to buy my tea here. You can choose from so many teas in which are packed in beautiful cans.

Earlier I told you that I have a Parisian dream. I would like to spend a longer time in Paris to know the city better, to have more time to explore and discover new things. To live the real Parisian life! I hope I can make it some day…. still dreaming 🙂
