Inspiring Parisian Quote…Something to Think About: My Interpretation

Inspiring Parisian Quote...Something to Think About: My Interpretation

Last June, I shared a quote on my blog to think about and I was curious how you thought about it . Today I will give you my interpretation of this quote.

Inspiring Parisian Quote…Something to Think About: My Interpretation

I published this quote one day after I came home from Paris. I woke up and it was my day off and I felt how I missed Paris. And how wonderful these three days were in Paris. My body was at home, my soul was still in Paris.

“A walk about Paris will provide lessons in history, beauty, and in the point of Life.”  (Thomas Jefferson)

During breakfast, I came along the quote which explained how these three days felt. Paris is known of its history and beauty. For many of us, this is a city of opportunities and inspiration. How many people move to Paris to try to built a career or to learn something new or about themselves. I never spend more then three days in Paris, but is on my wish list to do that in the future. To rent an apartment, to live the Parisian life. To discover the city in a different way. To learn lessons in history (visiting museums), beauty (Paris itself) and in the point of life, to experiences this adventure.

Inspiring Parisian Quote...Something to Think About: My Interpretation

Every city has it charm, but for me, it is Paris. In Paris, I feel at home. The city has embraced me many years ago, that’s my feeling when I reminiscing all the visits to the city of lights. Because I am also a writer, the city offers me the inspiration which I need for the story that I am writing. Just like in “Midnight in Paris” when Gill is walking through Paris without a plan. During his walk, every step he took, he is writing the story in his head. There are so many stories in the Parisian streets. For every writer there is something to find.

The city itself is one big inspiration and I hope I will get much more opportunities to make my dreams come true and to visit Paris more then I now do!

    • Dank je. Ik denk zeker wel dat je deze quote voor andere steden kunt gebruiken. Er zijn nog zoveel andere steden die de moeite waard zijn. Maar met Parijs heb ik een speciale klik 🙂
