Back to the normal rhythm of daily life and reminiscing the 5 days in Nice… In this photo diary, I will share my story and photos of our city trip to Nice last week. In another blog post, I will share the addresses which I visited this time, so stay tuned!
Food market in Nice – Le Cours Saleya
From Paris I travel to the South of France. My second favorite city of France is Nice. When I need to chill for some days, I love to travel to this city, where I feel at home too :). Nice gives me the right holiday feeling. One of my favorite spots is the food market in Nice – Le Cours Saleya.
When you enter the Cours Saleya square, your senses will be overwhelmed by the beautiful colors of the houses, the vegetables, fruits and the scents of the flowers. It is one of my favorite places in Nice. First, I will tell you a little about the history of this unique square.
Patisserie Hotspot in Nice, France (with Recipe!)
Last September I discovered a patisserie hotspot in Nice, France when I spend five days in this wonderful city under the sun. It was here, that I tasted la tarte Tropezienne for the very first time and since then, it is my favorite French pastry, apart from the macaron.
Daytrip to Saint Paul de Vence
One of the daytrips I love to do when I am in Nice, is to visit the village of Saint Paul de Vence. It’s one of my favorite villages in the South of France, so I am always planning a daytrip to this hilltop village which was founded in the 16th century. If you love arts and an authentic atmosphere, then will be this the perfect place for you!
